Meeting started 7pm. 

Minutes: 

1. Bingo:
   • Not enough families signed up at the current time to break even (25 families)
   • Could be due to weather, religion, politics, non-interest

Vote to continue as a community event or cancel

• Council voted to cancel the event
• Communication to be sent to the participants – Action: Cara to create a first draft for mid week

  2. Motion: 

1. Motion brought forward by Cara: Request school admin provide aggregated non identifiable information – which is the makeup of our school - including languages, ESL, ELL, high level learning support indicator
   • Motion approved
2. Motion brought forward by Cara: Explore reusable water options
   • Motion not moving forward

Next meeting – March 2 to see what else we can do for the remainder of the year

Action: Magali to create agenda for next meeting – planning for next year.
