Welcome to Denne Night
- Ice Cream Truck confirmed - will donate 25% of proceeds to the school
- Library confirmed - will promote library programs, library card sign up, and button maker with Denne PS buttons.
- St John’s Ambulance - confirmed - includes program info eg babysitting, first aid, etc
- DIY Photo booth - need Rampage mascot, volunteers to set up & attend (crowd control, request donations, explain council & encourage participation), need donation box created
- Denne Merch – Offered every other year
- Posters Needed - volunteer required to make 2 posters for front entrance to identify all areas for families to visit
Library - 2 Tables Set up for Activities
- Ask support staff to help with crowds
- Snack shack and Rampage to be held in the gym
- Create a poster with explanation of what Denne Council does
- Create flyer that shows what activities available at the event
- Council to create “poster of council info” to pin to smart board/white board

Rocks N Rings Curling
Dates booked: November 25, 26, 27
We provide all the equipment to work with up to 32 students at one time. We can have a maximum of 9 sessions in a day. The Rocks & Rings original program introduces students to curling through several different fun, physical activity stations
Total Cost: $885
Option 1: Cost for 2 days covered by council: $590, 1 day covered by School $295
Option 2: Council covers full cost
Council to cover the cost of 3 day curling seminar
